Hutchinson, KS— TobyMac, a veteran artist synonymous with contemporary Christian music, is bringing his high-energy style of Christian hip-hop/rock/rap to the Nex-Tech Grandstand at the Kansas State Fair on September 14, 2022.
TobyMac began his career in 1987, part of the wildly popular trio DC Talk. In 2000, he went solo, and has released seven albums. His newest album, The Elements, is his most personal to date. “I just need U.,” the lead single from The Elements, spent 12 weeks at the top of the charts making it the fastest charting single of his career.
“You just really can’t think of many names bigger than TobyMac when it comes to Christian music,” said Bryan Schulz, Kansas State Fair General Manager. “He’s an incredible songwriter and music producer. He’s the whole package, and we’re excited to bring him to the Kansas State Fair!”
