Note: Please contact our department with any questions you may have regarding the following guidelines. The Commercial Exhibits Department numbers are manned all year. Other numbers listed are for use during the duration of the Fair only.
IMPORTANT REMINDER DUE DATES
- January 15 - First half payment is due with signed agreement
- January 22 - Late Fees applied
- May 15 - Second half payment due
- May 22 - Late Fees applied
- June 15 - Final date to receive WRITTEN NOTICE of Service Vendor Agreement cancellation. Cancellations after this date will NOT receive a refund.
- July 1 – Tax Clearance Certificate applications open (remember to fill out “Special Events” application).
- August 15 – Last day to order Advanced Gate Tickets
- August 18 - Credential pickup begins provided all required documents are on file in our office.
- August 22 - Outside Exhibitors begin display set-up.
- August 30 - Fair Office is open 8am-5pm
- August 31 - Fair Office is closed.
- September 1 - Inside Exhibitors may begin setting up booth spaces. Exhibit buildings are open from 8am - 5pm.
- September 2 thru 4 - Exhibit buildings open from 8am - 8pm for set-up.
- September 5 thru 14 - 2024 KANSAS STATE FAIR
- September 15 thru 19 - Fair Office open 8am-5pm
- September 16 - Inside Exhibitor displays/booths should be completely removed from buildings.
- September 18 - Outside Exhibitor displays/booths should be completely removed from grounds.
