Exhibitors can purchase advanced gate tickets at time of entry if before the entry deadline date. If registering online, you can purchase up to (6) six discounted gate tickets for $3 each. If you are submitting a paper entry form, you may purchase up to (3) three discounted tickets. Payment is due at time of entry and at least (1) one of the registered exhibits must be received to qualified for these discounted tickets. Should an exhibitor purchase tickets and NOT bring any of the items, Kansas State Fair reserves the right to forfeit or void any tickets assigned. Kansas State Fair has a “No Refund Policy” therefore; any fees paid will not be returned nor credited toward future purchases.
If you miss the opportunity to purchase exhibitor tickets in advance, tickets can be purchased from our ticket office or during the fair at select gates.
Adult (age 13-59) $7.00 in advance or $10.00 during Fair week; Child (age 6-12) $4.00 in advance & $6.00 during Fair week; Child (5 & Under) Free Admission; Senior Citizen (60 and Over) & Active Military with current ID $4.00 in advance & $6.00 during Fair week.
Gate admission tickets are required, Friday, September 10 beginning at 11:00 a.m. through Sunday, September 19 at 6:00 p.m. Advance Discount Gate Admission tickets are available through Thursday, September 9, at Dillons Stores throughout the state and at the Kansas State Fair Ticket Office (620) 669-3618 and at www.kansasstatefair.com
