It is recommended an Exhibitor state if they have product(s) and/or item(s) needing protection from any inclement weather on the Exhibitor Contract. When an Exhibitor knows they have product(s) and/or item(s) which need protection from the elements, they should bring something to the Fair that attempts to raise products/items two (2) to three (3) inches off the ground in the event of rain. A suggestion would be a floor made with pallets or other wood materials. Exhibitors are fully responsible for their own products/items and any damage that may occur from the weather.
