Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement renewal is based on the same products and/or items and location(s) from the previous year. Please submit this form If you would like to make a request for:

• change in location
• add additional space(s)/location
• business name change on your Commercial Exhibits Space Rental Agreement.

Important Notice:
Space change requests will only be considered after available space has been confirmed. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, but only if the following conditions are met:

• A signed agreement is on file
• A deposit (half or full payment) has been received

Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for changes.

All change requests will be reviewed by the commercial exhibits committee which consists of the Kansas State Fair General Manager, Commercial Exhibits Coordinator, Physical Plant Manager and Sponsorship Coordinator.
