Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement renewal is based on the same products and/or items and location(s) from the previous year. Please submit this form If you would like to make a request for:

• change in location
• add additional space(s)/location
• business name change on your Commercial Exhibits Space Rental Agreement.

Note: changes will not take place until we know what space is available. Requests are placed in order of first come, first half or full payment must be made, and signed agreement must be on file.

First 1/2 payment and signed Exhibitor Space Rental Agreement must be on file to be eligible for change of location or addition space(s).

All change requests will be reviewed by the commercial exhibits committee which consists of the Kansas State Fair General Manager, Commercial Exhibits Coordinator, Physical Plant Manager and Sponsorship Coordinator.
