THE KANSAS STATE FAIR welcomes everyone to its annual celebration of our great state.

THE KANSAS STATE FAIR BOARD is committed to making the Fair's campus accessible to all.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES:  Portable Listening Devices are available for use at the Grandstand and the Expo Center.  To request a Device, please call 620-669-3600 at least 48 hours prior to the event for which you are requesting.

During the ten days of the State Fair, a TDD/TTY device will be available in the Administration Building.  The number for this service is 800-766-3777.

FIRST AID:  The First Aid Station is located at the west end, south side, of the Administration Building. First Aid is open during the annual Kansas State Fair only on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 a.m.- 10 p.m, Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and the final Sunday 8 a.m.-8 p.m.

SPRINT GRANDSTAND SEATING:  When ordering Sprint Grandstand tickets through the State Fair Ticket Office, please request seating for people with disabilities; room for one person and one companion will be provided in an accessible seating area.  For information on Grandstand events and ticket buying procedures, please call the Fair at 800-362-FAIR.

PARKING:  There are three areas of parking reserved for visitors with disabilities.  Two are located on the east side of the Fairgrounds in Public Parking Lot C.  The other is on the north side of the Fairgrounds off State Fair Road.  A vehicle with a state-issued parking permit or a license plate designated a disabled driver or passenger may park in these areas.

RESTROOMS built to accommodate the disabled are available in major buildings throughout the Fairgrounds, including the Meadowlark, Sunflower South, Sunflower North, Pride of Kansas, 4-H Centennial Hall, Domestic Arts, Encampment, Oz Gallery, Cottonwood Court, Rabbit/Poultry, Prairie Pavilion and Sheep Goats Swine.  Unisex accessible restrooms are also available at each of these locations.

SHUTTLE SERVICE with wheelchair accommodation is available each day of the Fair to provide service around the perimeter of the Fairgrounds.

SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS may be requested to assist visitors with hearing impairments.  To arrange for a sign language interpreter, please call 800-362-FAIR or the State's TDD/TTY at 800-766-3777 at least five working days prior to the event for which the interpreter is requested.

WHEELCHAIR/STROLLER/MOBILITY CART RENTAL is available on a first-come, first-served basis in two locations:  south of Gate 5 and west of Gate 9.
